Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items may be unpacked and tried on to check fit and appearance. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, damage or alteration, and with its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned once they have been inserted into a piercing. They may be unpacked, handled and held against the body to assess their appearance, provided they remain unworn and in their original condition.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
