TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the KALT+ online store. KALT+ currently sells and delivers within Switzerland only.

2. Products
We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in appearance or colour may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings.

3. Orders
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed or incorrect information has been provided. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not already been fulfilled. After this period, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

5. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF).

Shipping within Switzerland is free.

Payment is due at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

Items may be unpacked and tried on to assess fit and appearance, provided they are returned in their original condition without signs of wear, damage or alteration.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned once they have been inserted into a piercing.

Return shipping costs for regular returns are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

In the case of a confirmed defect or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement where reasonably possible. If a replacement cannot be provided, the purchase price will be refunded.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property
All KALT+ branding, designs, images, graphics, text and other original content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Liability
KALT+ is liable in accordance with applicable Swiss law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version in effect at the time the order is placed.

12. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through the KALT+ online store are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
